So delicious.  Don't worry if you can't get a reservation.  Sit at the bar, it will still be cozy and memorable.  Better than Tinto.

Jose's Garces best restaurant. The dishes are flawless, my favorite being the chicken and egg dish. Atmosphere is also great and perfect for sharing with a small group of friends.

Amada is my restaurant of choice for special occasions - their take on Spanish tapas is creative and refreshing, and the service is always impeccable. For your first visit I suggest trying the chef's selection for a balanced mix of traditional and more experimental fares. Don't forget to sample one of their white sangrias! Reservation is a must, and make sure you max out your school loans - the place is very pricey.

Amada is a wonderful experience.  You step inside and feel like you're in a different world, more European, like a rustic Spanish workshop with dining tables inside.  The stars of the night are the cheese and the wine (I definitely recommend ordering a cheese sampler plate).  Each of the tapas dishes is also hearty and full of flavor.  If you're looking for a really unique and high-end dining experience for a special occasion Amada is a great choice.
