If you are a vegetarian and you like falafel, may I recommend MOAZ?! They are so awesome, you get as many vegetables as you want! They are so good! And yes, there should be a place in UC! Damn, that would be awesome as long as a college didn't try to buy it out, then it would be overpriced and sucky!
Great falafal, great experience.

I definitely agree with @ndyT, why is there no shop in UC? Definitely would be all for going in on a franchise with you, brother, haha. They have a simple menu but it is all so good. Set up in a salad bar format for easy access to all your favorite stuff. Lots fto choose from. Waffle fries kill me, so gooooooooood!
falafel!

i LOVE MAOZ! falafel is one of my favorite things and man does this place have it.so so so so delicious! on the down side the place is very small and there is not much seating at all. also its super hard to eat your food cause you always wind up with a over flowing pita. i think its great though, good prices and plenty of food, you wont leave hungry. if they had more seating this place would be perfect!
Hyped up, it is just falafel.

Alas, very delicious. The only thing that bothers me is that the restaurants in Philadelphia are all so small. :( Also, you can't really eat there more than once a week, the food selection is small. But again, very delicious!
Maoz should definitely set up shop in U-city

Had the Meal Deal both times that I went to Maoz which includes the Royal Maoz Sandwich, hearty serving of Belgian fries (how patriotic...) and soda for under $8. You top up your pita pocket sandwich (has a few falafel balls in it) with your choice of over a dozen different pickled and fresh greens, cous-cous, and dressings and voila! you've got a personalized pita sandwich. Absolutely tasty and will give Magic Carpet a run for their money if Maoz sets up shop in U-City.
