This is your typical place on south st to get a delicious slice of pizza that will surely fill you up by a lot! It is a huge slice, not like a tiny, xl piece, oh no, this pizza is the size of like two xls. So yeah, one usually does it unless you are super hungry and starving! Good luck eating it all, man, you will surely be stuffed to death!

I love going here after whatever event is going on in Philly, whether thats a concert, rave, sports game, whatever it is this is a great spot to go to if you want some cheap, yet good pizza. This place seems to always be open when you need it to be. The slices are huge and the prices are cheap!

some of the best pizza around! it stil amazes me everything i go in how big the slices are but thats what makes it so much fun! during the summer or on weekend when bored at 2 am, we would just all hop in the car and get some pizza, i love that is always basically open and when ever you are on south street, this better be one of your stops for some food. Good prices but make sure to bring cash!!

Lorenzo has such a warm welcolming enviroment when you step into their door. Although the place isn't as big as some would expect it to be, their pizza are quite the contrary. They have these jumbo NYC slices that are amazingly great! Every time I am on south street, I make sure to go to Lorenzo! You should too!

I don't think Lorenzo's offers the best pizza in Philly as some would claim, but they will give you a huge slice for a relatively good deal. If you're hungry for pizza in the South Street area, go here.

It's the perfect place to grab a bite to eat before or after a show at the TLA. You basically only need one slice because they are gigantic and absolutely yummy. The place is small though so plan on eating outside. Don't ask for toppings because they dont have that here. Plain only, but it's one of the best in Philly!
I only give them a 4 because they are mean to customers. Lots of notes around the place that say, "Don't do this, don't do that, we're MEAN, rawr." It is a Philly thing, but it doesn't make me want to support them!
If I was going to choose a Philadelphia pizza, this would be the one. They only offer plain pies and the sauce is on the sweet side but you’re not going to find better anywhere else. I can say this after eating at what seems like dozens of no name pizza places around the city. For those of you who haven’t been here, they offer a standing section in the back to eat your pizza while listening to an old, fuzzy boom box.
