These apartments are great value, modern spacious units. If you can get the 04 line as it has less street noise and better insulation. Plus added bonus is that Pearl Properties are really really good to deal with - they even by us breakfast and take us out for drinks!

Very spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath.  Lots of windows and light.  Washer/dryer in the unit.  Very nice kitchen/living room area.  Only drawback is the street noise that can be heard in the units.

Great layout for 2BR apartment

This apartment is ideal for 2 students. The unit encompasses 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so each individual has their own privacy. The common area (living room and kitchen) are very spacious as well with lots of light which makes it a great place to hang out and have friends over.

Likes

  • 2 BR/ 2 BA units are spacious; new appliances; lots of light in main living area
  • Conveniently located to public transportation, gym, nightlife, Rittenhouse Square
  • W/D in unit
  • Management is responsive to requests and will hold packages since there is no doorman
  • Small roofdeck area

Dislikes

  • Unit can get very drafty during the winter; heating bill during those months was high as a result
  • Noise from street is disturbing at times.  Sound carries really well in unit and from hallway; you can often hear talking/tv/music
  • 2nd bedroom does not receive enough air circulation, so it can feel chilly or stuffy depending on the weather

The Good...Very spacious, has balcony, brand new so in excellent condition (appliances, bathrooms, etc)...Small, tight-knit community of Wharton students...Brand new / large / excellent management who are helpful (receive parcels for example) and willing to negotiate within reason...Really good set-up for those looking to share as it has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Not So Good...Too much noise at times. Too much light...Since there are a lot of windows in our unit, the apartment can get either really warm or hot so the electric bill is a bit insane.
