1) Great value for money - hardly any Wharton students know about this place and hence rentals are at least 15-20% lower than 1500 Locust which is right next door 2) Apartment is pretty close to the trolley station, 21 bus stop and is right above the PATCO station (to NJ).You can always get onto the 21 at this stop at peak hours. However, the bus totally fills up a couple of blocks after this - which makes for much longer waiting times at stops starting from 17/18th 3) Apartment is very close to Broad Street/ Kimmel Center/lots of great restaurants.

The good...The space is really good... I live on a high floor and the noise is minimal... The Not So Good... Very few Wharton students that live here... Smoke detector inside apartment turns on during cooking
