This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom is the perfect set up for roommates. Each roommate has their own floor of the apartment and share the eat in kitchen (with stainless steel appliances) and 2 living rooms. The apartment is beautiful and the location can't be beat. It is one block from Rittenhouse Square and also one block from two grocery stores, restaurants, laundry/dry cleaning service, and the heart of all that Center City has to offer! The apartment also has a washer and dryer, hardwood floors, plenty of storage, and the price can't be beat. ($2,000 per month not including utilities)

This is the bottom unit of a 2 unit brownstone.  It is located 1 block for Rittenhouse square on Spruce St.  It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, washer/dryer, A/C, eat in kitchen, den, and extra room.  The unit is 2 floors, finished basement level contains 1 bedroom, 1 bath, extra room, lots of storage.  Unit was renovated about 3 years ago.  My roommate and I love our location and each only pay $1,000.  Utilities are not included.
