I lived in cc for the past year, and visited 2 friend's places in 1935 Chestnut. In general given that it's one of the tallest buildings among the few blocks, South and West facing apartments receive amazing sunshine. The Southwest corner apartment has the most cheerful living room with windows on both sides.

I have lived here for two years.
