2100 Parkway - Board of Education Building

We've had two fantastic years in this building. Most Penn students think it is too far from campus but it is a 30 min walk along the river or a 15 min walk and trolley ride (22nd street trolley station)We were the first people to move in to this recently converted board of education building. We have 1,500 SqFt, huge ceilings and windows, hard wood floors and all new appliances.The only downside of this building is taht it is managed by Philadelphia Management, one of the worst landlord in the country. If you don't mind dealing with incompetent people, this is the place to be.
