Overall the building has a somewhat shoddy appearance from the street but has charming and generously sized apartments once inside! Apartments on the third floor have two floors, parquet floors, fireplaces and separate kitchens with dishwashers. I have had a great experience getting to know my neighbors. The management company (Leroy E Kean, Inc.) is a little disorganized when you go to their office to sign the lease, but they get the job done promptly when it comes to maintenance requests. Would definitely recommend to others! -Carl
