VERY annoying landlord

I still have over 3 months in my lease, and yet the landlord is already showing my apartment EVERY day to prospective tenants, giving me less than 24 hours notice while doing so. It's apparently a terrible market, and if you're at all interested in this place, make sure to negotiate hard. But be prepared for hell the minute you say you plan to leave. I have no control over my apartment now, with people walking in every day. It's basically hell now (this includes weekends, and again -- less than 24 hours notice is being given).
