great apartment with lots of space, good light, view of park on north side, not too noisy on higher floors.  mine has renovated stainless steel galley kitchen, 3 enormous closets, and brand new carpet.  oddly there's not a lot of hard-wired lighting, but a couple lamps fixed it up.  there's a great little gym downstairs with a couple ellipticals, treadmills, bikes, and weights -- never waited once for a machine.  there's also a conference room with free starbucks every morning and laundry on every floor (charge card, no quarters needed).  rent includes gym, heat/ac, water, electricity, garbage, internet, cable, and hbo.  sadly no rooftop pool, but otherwise can't complain!  i got a 13 month lease with the first month free; apparently 22-month leases weren't possible at the time.
