I have lived at this building for the past 8 months and have had an absolutely excellent experience. The services provided (free laundry, cable, shuttle, etc) for the money is the best value in center city. Moreover, the management does a tremendous job of keeping the tenants happy and is very responsive.

Very spacious apartments for the price you are paying - doorman/staff is friendly and the building is conveniently located next to 30th st station and a jogging path. 5 blocks to center of nightlife, 10 blocks to campus.

Best bang for buck if you have a roommate. Location a bit iffy - in between school and cc but not really in the heart of either, so feels a bit isolated. Condition is very reasonable given the reasonable price and 24 hour doorman.

Great Value for money. Rittenhouse is a 5 min walk. There is a free shuttle that operates from the apt to UPenn every 15 min in the morning hours (up to 10.30 AM). If you have a car, it is ideal - It costs $120 per month for residents. Apartments facing the Schuykill river offer a great view from the apartment. Trader Joe's is very close by. The management is very friendly unlike the Left Bank!

The highrise is well-managed. Addtionally, the layout of the apartment is good and you can oversee the river by your window. Highly recommend to those who like to study at home!
