  • Spacious 2BR condo close to Rittenhouse, but also removed from the louder/busier bar area
  • Dishwasher, washer/dryer, wood-burning fireplace, central heat/air, huge closets
  • 4 units total in building, very friendly neighbors, communal roof deck with great Philly skyline view
  • Some furniture available (loveseat/ottoman, bed/mattress, bookshelf, table/chairs, end tables, desk, dresser, TV) for cheap as well if you want - email for details
  • Rent is $2300/month (not including utils)
  • Both bedrooms are good size but the master is substantially bigger
  • My mom owns the condo and she would want to meet you in Philly this summer before anything got signed
  • Available almost immediately but move date flexible, Aug 15 at the latest
