One Franklin Town

This building is very nice, friendly staff, no bugs/rodents, they fix things quickly, etc.  The gym is decent.  If you go to Drexel or UPenn, there's a shuttle you can take from the apartment, which is pretty convenient.  There are several good restaurants nearby. I think it's a great place especially for Wharton students.  Most Wharton grad students live closer to Rittenhouse square, but they pay a lot more, and don't get as much as you would here.  And since there's a shuttle, it's even more convenient than taking the crowded bus to class. I lived in Philly in two other spots for a total of about 5 years before moving here when school started - so I've seen different neighborhoods and quality of management.  This place is really good. Also, I'm trying looking for someone to take over my lease at the end of May (graduating and moving out of state).  I pay $839 and have a great roommate that's staying.  Email me if you're interested.
