My brother has been living in this apartment for a year and he is very happy with it. The building is about two years old and is in very good shape. The rent is a bit pricey but my brother has never complained and is very happy with his home!

Love this place - the styling and units are absolutely gorgeous.  Great location and all the amenities.  I would have lived here if I could have afforded it.  Doormen are friendly and helpful.  Only negative is that recently the fire alarms have gone off at the worst times (very early morning).

Great amenities and doormen in an ideal location

Great amenities and doormen in an ideal location. Apartments are well finished, though the in-unit all-in-one clothes washer/dryer doesn't work very well (instead, use the shared laundry room, where they have larger machines). The gym is large and has alot of equipment. The pool deck is also a big plus. Overall, I think it's generally well-worth the premium to what you might pay at other Rittenhouse Square buildings.

pros: great location right on the park, new lux building, beautiful apartments, nice gym and sundeck, dog friendly, attentive staffcons: units can get hot in the winter when the AC is turned off, some units have odd layouts, it's a condo building so you're experience will vary depending on your landlord, there was a mouse issue early on but it was resolved pretty quickly and they never came back

Great location next to a few top philly restaurants.  Across the street from the rittenhouse park.  Apartments all have washer/dryer in unit.  Small units in comparison to other buildings and very pricey.  Great building facilities (pool, full service gym, conference rooms, etc).

The Good... Incredible location, right on the square... Entire building was recently renovated so everything is new, super nice... Great amenities... Beautiful pool deck... Dog-friendly... Excellent doormen, are very attentive and provide great security... Luxurious living... The Not so Good... Apartments are small... A/C is turned off in the winter so apartments can get hot on warmer days... Mice... Can be noisy. Currently hear the constuction on the building across the park on some mornings... The developer of Parc Rittenhouse is incompetent to deal with management issues--- rat issues, stained and discolored water, charging for cable television fees.
