Prime location on the south side of the square that's quiet and serene. Right around the block from Metropolitan Bakery which sells great breads, pastries, and premade sandwiches. Lovely view of the park with all - never had an issue with noise or garbage trucks in the morning. They put in a gym last year for a fee which is an added convenience. Overall, it's been a great experience living here for the past two years.

The Good... Great location... Size of apartment... View... Convenience... Few Whorton people. Nice to have your own place after seeing classmates all the time...The Not so Good... Old... No gym or fancy amenities.

The Good...Washer Dryer in Building...No waiting for elevators...Great view of the city- overlooks the park. Park is just steps fromentrance...Great maintenance staff...Furnished by prior occupant. More than enough Closet space...Location (right on the square)...Utilities included.The Not So Good...Old people live in the building. I don’t think it’s bad, but just that you can’t be REALLY noisy. I've had dinner parties that ran late but it hasn’t been a problem...Kitchen is small...Garbage trucks in the morning.
