Unit includes central heating/air, dishwasher, disposal, fireplace, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY in-unit washer/dryer. There is also a small study/office in addition to the one bedroom. The building is not new, but the age does not distract from the quality in any material way. The maintenance staff is nice but overworked; requests are answered but they take a long time. The landlord did install a new medicine cabinet, though, immediately when I asked. Parking in the area is ample as long as you have a permit ($30 from PPA). Note that it is right next to an elementary school playground so there is the sound of kids screaming durnig the weekdays when school is in session.
