My roommate and I have a modern, clean, and FURNISHED 2 bedroom / 2 bath
apartment on a high floor of 1930 Chestnut St. We are both gone for the
summer and are subletting our rooms. My room is the larger bedroom,
with multiple windows and tons of light.
Washer and dryer in the apartment, four large closets, kitchen with bar
area, hardwood floors in main areas (unique), lots of light, plus great
views of Philly. Central location two blocks from Rittenhouse Square.
Near trader joes, tons of restaurants, bars, gyms, etc. Fully furnished
with 50 inch flat screen TV, queen size bed, desk, dresser, etc.
I am looking to sublet for June, July and August, with dates somewhat
