Bubbles is well located and has always been quick and efficient during my appointments. They also accomodate me when I just walked in! Good shampoos on sale and friendly service!

Make sure you go on Tues or Wed to take advantage of their specials: free shampoo/conditioner, etc.

I used to get my hair cut at Sei Tomoko in NYC. They aren't as confident at bubbles with bangs and layers but I've never been disatisfied and the cuts are inexpensive. You can feel relatively safe going here for both men and womens cuts. Truth is great at bobs.

I was underwhelmed with the talent of the haircutters at bubbles. You can get a better value for the same quality cut at other salons around center city

This is the cheapest salon in CC (except the Aveda salon, but there you are cut by students who take a long time). I went to Natasia who was decent in styling my hair, but her technique left me with split ends and one side was longer than the other. The styling was good other than that :) Just be careful to look over your haircut before you leave!

Good consistent haircuts and nice, attentive staff. Pricing for guys haircuts ($35-$40) are somewhat higher than I normally spend, but worth the service and quality.

Have had mixed experiences at Bubbles, since I've had a different person cut my hair each time. But I'd go back.
