Cheapest mani/pedi I've found in Center City ($25).  Good mani and pedi and the staff are friendly.

Went here for a manicure/pedicure with my friend from out of town. 
The manicures were mediocre at best and the pedicure was awful.  The
water was cold and they said that the hot water had run out (it was only
2pm on a Saturday).  The polish job was decent (I had to ask for a toe
to be retouched) but the exfoliating/pumicing was practicly
non-existent.  Definitely would NOT go back to this place.
