I searched and searched when I moved to Philadelphia and came upon this gem on 20th street. It is owned by the same owner as Rittenhouse Nails on 17th and Sansom but it is much much much nicer (for the exact same price). While the salon on 17th is cramped, dark and loud, Rittenhouse Manicure and Spa on 20th is light, airy, relaxed and friendly. They give great back massages while your nails dry too!

a tad more expensive and time consuming than the quick mani/pedi but my last pedicure lasted for over 4 weeks! pleasant and clean location with friendly staff. will definitely return!

More expensive than other Asian nail salons in Philly (I think $35 pedi, $10 mani) but worth the price. The massage chairs are great, plus they give you a shoulder massage with manicure and calf/foot massage with pedi. Staff is good, decor is more upscale and pleasant than the cheaper places.
