Does the job.

If you need to get something done for a special occassion, you can take a nice short walk here. Expect to pay a little bit more in price than you would at your average salon in the city, but you know. They are really friendly and they get the job done as you want it. They aren't anything special tho.

But good for function. Say you want your nails or hair done really quickly and efficiently in a mediocre kinda job with not much else . . . i'd go here, sure. It works! But otherwise I try going to salons and nail places where the people have a little bit of personality! Just a little! Otherwise, eh, I don't know! It can be ok but not really!

I've only been to this nail salon once in my life and that was when I was in desperate need of getting my eyebrows done. This was my first time getting them waxed and the lady who had done them was patient and very understanding of how I was a tad nervous. Penn Campus Salon is really inexpensive! I got my eyebrows done for only 8 dollars! That's definitely a steal and it's located very conveniently on campus! I was very happy with what I got.
