If you're looking for some calming and relaxing yoga it is great. They are definitley knowledgable and recommended ffrom me. I think that they are well trained here and I think they also do yoga certification for new yoga practitioners. I recommend this place over any other for a relaxing yoga session that'll blow you away.

My wife and I took pre-natal classes there and my wife did pre natal yoga. They are unbelievably nice and knowledgeable. Highly recommended for any future parents.
