AWESOME PLACE.  I had so muhc fun at a show here the other night, holy crap.  One of the best times of my life. The show was sold out, right, but there was still SO MUCH room to dance and have fun.  They turned on the AC when it got too hot, too, how perfect!  NOthing worse than getting too damn sweaty.  Bartenders gave lots of free water, too, so that was extremely perfect.

Good shows

They always have the list outisde of the building so you always know what is going on .  Lots of rock shows, not really too much rap.  Really good times can be had here, they don't really make things too difficult.  Bouncres can be a little eh but what can you do.  FUn times here.

Check out a show here!

I've been to plenty of shows at the TLA and haven't had a bad experience yet.  They usually book nationally touring rock, indie and punk bands.  Definitely a venue in Philly worth checking out.  You may just be walking down South Street and find your favorite band playing that night!

One of the best known venues in Philly

Anyone who knows a little about concerts in Philly, has heard of the TLA. Tons of different artists have performed there at one point or another. From well known artists, to those just starting out- it's also a great place for artists to perform. I've seen plenty of shows at the TLA and enjoyed all of them. Although the crowd can be lacking energy at times, it's usually an energetic crowd and a very fun show.
