Great haircut, price is a little higher, but you get all the benefits of a professional salon. I also received a 60 minute Swedish massage and it was wonderful. Very serene and calming setting. You can get away from the busy Center City life and relax upstairs at Toppers massage sanctuary before and after your massage.
