If your social media algorithm is anything like mine, you may have seen an ad or two for ThirdLove bras. They promote half-cup sizes, thousands of positive customer reviews and a unique fitting room quiz to help you fit the perfect bra for you.

To be honest, this is the first time in many years I have even thought about buying a new bra. I may or may not still have a few from high school that most definitely do not fit, but I can’t bring myself to get rid of them. Like most women, my body has changed drastically since high school, and I recently had a baby, so needless to say, my girls look a lot different now.

So I thought, maybe now is the right time to give a new bra a try. I was worried about getting the wrong size or finding the right fit for my new body. Was taking this bra fitting quiz even worth it? The answer is yes. One hundred times, yes. Below is everything you want to know about ThirdLove and a little bit more!

What is ThirdLove?

ThirdLove was founded by women for women. It began on the basis that all women deserve to be comfortable and look sexy in their undergarments. So often, the choice is between granny gear or a sexy getup, and there’s really no in-between. That is where ThirdLove comes in. They pride themselves in their products that offer comfort with a hint of sexy.

One of the biggest draws to ThirdLove is they offer 80+ sizes. While most companies offer bras in size 32-40, ThirdLove sizes range from 30-48, making it easier for all their customers to find a truly perfect fit. They also offer cup sizes from A-I, making it even easier to find the right cup size that matches your band size. Oh, and they offer half sizes, too, so you are pretty much guaranteed to find something that fits.

The founders Ra’el Cohen and Heidi Zak not only have helped thousands of women find the perfect fitting bra, but they have also donated over 40 million dollars in bras to the community. They’ve put their heart and soul into helping women across the globe.

The Fitting Room Quiz

Bra shopping is never an easy task. Whether you are in a dressing room at Victoria’s Secret or online shopping on Amazon, you’ve probably felt defeated at some point when it comes to finding a new bra. You think you’ve got the perfect fit figured out when it comes to the band size, but then the girls are flowing out of the cups, and you can’t keep those darn straps to stay in place.

Do you go a size up in the band? Do you size up the cups? Do you opt for no underwire? It can be overwhelming, to say the least!

With ThirdLove, you are in luck with their virtual fitting room quiz! Over 16 million women have taken this handy dandy quiz, so their fit stylists are definitely doing something right.

Size or Style

Have you been rocking the same t-shirt bra for a decade? Chances are your boobs need a refresh! You should be replacing your bra every six months to a year. If it’s been a minute since you updated your undergarments, now is the time. The ThirdLove fitting room quiz starts you off with selecting a new size, style or both. Because let’s be honest, if you need an upgrade, you might need help with both size and style.

Bra-blems

Once you’ve narrowed down if you need help with size or style, then you can address your bra-blems. Have bras let you down in the past? Has your body changed recently? Maybe you’ve lost or gained weight or had a baby recently, which means your boobs have changed shape or size. Perhaps you want to try a new style. You rocked the plunge bra in college, but now you are looking for a more comfortable option like a classic t-shirt bra. Or maybe you need a total upgrade. Whatever you are looking for, ThirdLove has got you covered.

Previous Bras

Have you been hanging on to your favorite Gap Body bra for way too long? You just love how it fits and can’t part with it or imagine finding something else as comfortable. By letting ThirdLove know which bra companies and brands you’ve bought from in the past, they can help find the new best bra for you.

Current Size

Then you select your current bra and band size, easy peasy. After that is selected comes the fun stuff.

How it Fits

Once you have entered the sizing information, there is a clever little slider where you can tell ThirdLove how your current bras are fitting.

Are your straps digging in, just right or falling down? Do both sides of your bra fit the same way? Then it goes into how your cups fit, underwire discomfort and band fit. The band details even ask you what hook you currently use to get the best understanding of how your current bra fits. Then they ask the dreaded question on how old your bra is but don’t worry; they are not judging you, just getting information to help find you the best and most comfortable bra from their arsenal. Fitting a bra correctly is a lot more challenging than you’d think.

Style & Coverage

Once the fit finder quiz gets the inside scoop on your current situation, you can continue to the fun stuff! Do you gravitate to everyday wear basics, or are you more of a textures and patterns gal? Your bra style will also make a difference depending on the shape of your boobs. We are all blessed with different shapes and sizes, from round, slender, teardrop, east-west and more. There are so many different shapes (and they can change over the years)!

The quiz also asks you to pick a few styles of bras you like with some picture examples. Then you get to pick colors; this is one of the best parts of any new bra, in our opinion. After color selections comes the time to ask about coverage. Do you gravitate to a minimal, classic or full coverage bra? Do you prefer a strapless bra? Or are you exclusively a wireless bra wearer?

Let the fun begin

Once you have answered all of the bra questions, they do ask a few underwear questions in case you need to replace them too!

Find your fit today by using their virtual (and easy to use) fitting room. If you aren’t completely satisfied, you have 60 days to return your items, which is much more generous than most return policies. Their policy also allows you to wear and wash the items because they really do want to make sure they fit! If it doesn’t work out for you, they just donate the used items to local charities, and you get your money back. Or you can opt for the “try before you buy” route and just pay the $5 for shipping. Then you have 30 days to decide if you want to keep the items.

ThirdLove Nursing Bra Review

ThirdLove

Since I am currently nursing, I wanted to try the 24/7™ Classic Nursing Bra. I have not tried a ton of nursing bras per se, but I have tried on my fair share of regular bras, and I can honestly say this bra is one of the softest things I have ever felt.

I couldn’t wait to get it on my body. The Pima cotton is buttery soft, and the memory foam cups were a pleasant surprise. Not only did this bra fit my body perfectly, but I also didn’t want to take it off, and that is saying a lot. I am one of those girls that as soon as I get home, the bra comes off as fast as humanly possible. And as a nursing mama, most of the time it is easier to not even wear one.

Not only is this bra uber convenient for nursing, what really sets it apart is the fine details. The pleated straps are not only beautiful, but they don’t slip down. There are no scratchy tags in the back, and the material offers you a smooth back. This bra is functional and stylish; I don’t think of it as a nursing bra, even though it is. It gives me some sexy confidence and is anything but bulky like other nursing bras. It also offers support and even a little push-up that all nursing mamas will appreciate.

My only slightly negative feedback is I would probably prefer a wireless option. I have had tons of bras over the years where the underwire poked through and dug into my armpits. I am aware that might have meant my bra was too small or too old, but I am a little nervous about the underwire creeping out as this bra gets used more and more.

Once I am done nursing, I am eager to try the 24/7™ Classic T-Shirt Bra. I am hopeful it will fit like Cinderella’s glass slipper once I retake the quiz and know exactly what I am looking for in my new bra.

ThirdLove Mix & Match Loungewear Review

Yes, ThirdLove is known for its bras, but we all deserve some comfy loungewear these days too. As much as I would love to get dressed up every day in my nice clothes, that is not the reality as of late. Not only am I a new mom, but I also work from home, making it even harder to convince myself to put on a pair of jeans.

I wanted to try The Mix & Match Kit from their loungewear section because I couldn’t decide if I wanted shorts or pants. It comes with the Knit Dolman Tee, Knit Jogger and Woven shorts.

Similar to the nursing bra, the knit tee and knit joggers are out of this world soft. The material reminds me of soft, freshly washed-silk bed sheets. You feel cozy but not frumpy, which some loungewear can do. Just ask my husband; I definitely own a few pairs of sweatpants that are not flattering but extremely comfortable and I would live in them all day everyday if it was acceptable. But this set combines the best of both worlds.

The neckline on the dolman t-shirt is high enough where you could totally get away with wearing it as a basic black t-shirt and a pair of jeans. It is also great for bigger chested women, and the sizes range from XS to 3X.

I love the idea of wearing the shirt and pant set as a travel outfit. You can dress both pieces up or down, which makes them great staple pieces separately. I have the Washable-Silk Tee Set from Lunya, and I have to say, it’s a toss-up for which one is softer. But with a black-on-black look from ThirdLove, you can wear this set to brunch, and no one will question if you are wearing pajamas in public. If the shirt and joggers came in multiple colors, I would buy every single one.

Similar to the shirt, the knit joggers are buttery soft. They are flowy with pockets but not too baggy. I definitely get more of a lounge vibe than a sport vibe with this set, but I think you could wear them anywhere with the right shoes and jewelry. They also come in sizes XS to 3X and are a great length. I am only 5 feet tall, making it hard to find capris that don’t look like full pants on me, but these are the perfect length and don’t look like a shorty is trying to pull off capris as full length pants. You can wear them all the way to the ankles or scrunch them up on your calves for a more casual look.

Lastly, in The Mix & Match Kit are the woven shorts. These weren’t my cup of tea. It might be because the material is so drastically different from the pants and shirt, but it feels very stiff to the touch and even a bit scratchy on my skin. The fit was fine, but it didn’t give me the confidence like the joggers and shirt. They are definitely a good light material for summertime, but I think they will be strict bedtime wear for me.

What are you Waiting For?

If ThirdLove has been popping up on your social media the last few months, now is the time to click on that ad and test it out! You will not be disappointed. From uplift plunge bras to classic t-shirt options there is something out there for everyone. And while you are upgrading your bra take a peek at their loungewear and undies too.

We all deserve to feel sexier and comfortable at the same time and ThirdLove has hit the nail on the head with their product line.
