According to a review of 9 studies on Bacopa Monnieri with 518 participants, 300mg of this herb regularly significantly improves brain function. It mainly affected the reaction speed and information processing speed. Although the herb is safe, it might react with certain medications or create digestive issues in some people.

2. Sage

In a study on 50 male participants with erectile dysfunction, researchers treated them with 2,400 mg extract of dry Maca for 12 weeks. It improved their physical and social performance.

In a study with 28 adults, researchers regularly gave them 250-750 mg of Centella Asiatica for two months. The group that received the highest dosage witnessed improved self-rated mood, alertness, and working memory.
