Check out these three tasty smoothie recipes, all featuring the secret ingredient – spinach!

Tropical Smoothie Recipe (2 servings) 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of frozen mango
  • 1 cup of frozen pineapple
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup of fresh or frozen spinach
  • 1.5 cups of water (increase depending on desired thickness)

Add all of the ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth.

PB Chocolate Smoothie Recipe (2 servings)

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbs peanut butter
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup of fresh or frozen spinach
  • 1 cup of ice 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
  • 1 cup of water (increase depending on desired thickness)

Add all of the ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth.

Green Machine Smoothie Recipe (2 servings) 

Ingredients:

  • 1⁄4 cup of plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup of frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup of fresh or frozen spinach
  • 1 green apple
  • 1⁄2 of a cucumber
  • 1.5 cups of water (increase depending on desired thickness)

Add all of the ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth.
